CCSA is presenting sector development training to assist service management meet regulatory obligations and improve quality assessment and rating results.
CCSA members and non-members are welcome to attend, and the training is provided at NO COST to participants.

Workshops (targeted to Long Day Care Services)
These face-to-face workshops will provide an overview of regulatory requirements in the early childhood sector, and focus on approaches to self-assessment to achieve compliance and continuous improvement in the following Quality Areas:
- Quality Area 1 – Educational program and practice
- Quality Area 2 – Children’s health and safety
- Quality Area 4 – Staffing arrangements
- Quality Area 7 – Leadership and service management.

These webinars will expand on the topics covered in the workshops. There will be two webinars for each of the Quality Areas covered, looking at demonstrating compliance through policy, processes and practice, and exploring self-assessment and quality improvement processes.
